Hi I’m Katie Weire, designer of ‘Katie Jain’ Creations. I have been making cards and other paper craft items ever since I was in primary school. Back then I was obsessed and loved stationary and collected writing sets. Over time my passion has continued and evolved. I still love making cards but now include decorative tins, letters, canvas’ and of course scrapbooking in my forte. I still have my paper obsession (just a little one!! Ha ha) I am a wife to John a very loving and hard working man, and a mum to three beautiful boys, Ethan, James & Max. I work part time as a registered nurse and love spending time with my family and friends
Hi my name is Julieann Smolenaars I am busy mum of two beautiful children Mikiely (8) and Brodie (4) I also have a supporting and loving husband Rick with whom we have been married for nearly 10 yrs... I have been scrapbooking for about 12yrs and have seen it turn into a wonderful hobby.... it is so rewarding watching a page come together from a few bits of paper and a photo to a work of art... From seeing my work I hope I can inspire you fellow scrappers into trying something different or reviving an old technique can't wait to see what everyone achieves and see the various talents that are out there... Don't ever think that your work is never good enough, everyone’s pages are an individual work of art...
Hi, I’m Andrea Young, partner to David who is supportive of my craft and happily lets me just fluff around, he even turned his office into my scrap room... and mum to Mitchell. The main focus of my little art works is my 9 year old son, Mitchell whom my world revolves around but I’m always happy to do girly if given the chance. Well, like most I started scrapbooking at a CM party which at the time I loved. Somehow after that I got my hands on a scrapping magazine and let’s say the rest is history. Five years later and my style has evolved to a little bit shabby and a little grungy. I usually just let the Lo happen! I have been involved in an online comp in which I got through to the 8th round which considering the competition I was very proud of my effort. I also try and do some sketches through stuck sketches.
